Yuba County is located in California's Central Valley, north of Sacramento, along the Feather River. Yuba County is part of the Greater Sacramento area with a population of over 70,000 people.

Sutter County is located along the Sacramento River in the Central Valley of California, north of state capital Sacramento. Sutter County is part of the Greater Sacramento CSA with a population of over 93,000.

Yuba City Located 40 minutes north of California's Capitol in Sacramento, Yuba City is the county seat of Sutter County and is the principal city of the Yuba City Metropolitan Area which encompasses all of Sutter and Yuba Counties.	Marysville Marysville, the county seat of Yuba County, is one of California’s historic cities. Its history as a community goes back to the Gold Rush days. The city is strategically located 40 miles north of the state capitol of Sacramento where Highways 70 and 20 intersect.
Olivehurst Olivehurst (formerly, Denniston) is a census-designated place in Yuba County, California. Olivehurst is located 4 miles (6.4 km) south-southeast of Marysville with a population of over 11,000 people.	Live Oak The City of Live Oak, located in northern Sutter County has a population of approximately 8,500 residents. It is strategically located along the Highway 99 corridor between Yuba City and Chico, and has easy access to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Sacramento. Live Oak residents enjoy the close by Sacramento River, local parks and abundant recreation opportunities in the area. Live Oak is a thriving rural community with many reasonably priced new homes, good local schools, and nearby colleges.
Gridley Gridley is growing and changing, becoming livelier, more active, and more festive than ever before. You can see it in the historic buildings being restored to their former glory. You can see it in the new storefronts blossoming throughout the area. And you can see it in the partnerships among retailers, developers, the community, and the city.	Sutter Sutter is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sutter County, California. It is part of the Yuba City Metropolitan Statistical Area within the Greater Sacramento CSA.
Colusa Situated along the Sacramento River, Colusa is a quiet and serene community. The streets are lined with majestic trees. The magnificent Victorian structures that are scattered throughout the city, and the many tree-filled parks create an ambiance reminiscent of the deep south. This city has a turn-of-the-century historian grace that is unique and alluring. The city of Colusa is located in Colusa County.	Browns Valley Browns Valley (also, Brown's Valley) is an unincorporated community in Yuba County, California
